RETURNS & WARRANTY

All range hoods and furnishings are made to order and are non-returnable or refundable unless there is a manufacturers defect or shipping damage. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt and noted with the shipper upon arrival. Please keep hood and packing materials, take photographs and contact us so that we may file a claim. Range hoods have a 3 year warranty period from date of purchase that covers manufacturers defects. Variations in patina or hand applied finishes is not considered a defect. Tarnishing of brass, zinc or copper is not considered a defect. Texture on colored hoods or specks of dust in the paint are not considered manufacturers defects. Gloss colors can often be sanded and buffed to remove most texture or dust, while matte and semi-gloss cannot. Normal wear and tear from use and cleaning is not covered. Damage from improper unpacking, installation or from misuse is not covered. Hood will be repaired, replaced or purchase price partially or completely refunded at manufacturers discretion if manufacturers defects are present within the warranty period.
